Introduced to New Thought around ten years ago, Jami has performed all over the United States in New Thought churches across the spectrum - from RSI, UCRS and Unity churches to the most important, independent churches within the larger New Thought movement.

As a powerful teaching presence who has been on the faculty of the Musician's Institute in Hollywood for the past sixteen years, Jami is an authority on vocal technique and other issues - assisting countless vocalists in manifesting their highest capabilities. His workshops share the same natural and authentic character as his performances - all translating with ease and openness, the underpinnings of New Thought teaching.

One of the striking things about Jami is his commitment to prayer as a way of life, as well as a way of performing. His concert appearances often begin with a prayer - not behind the stage and out of site - but embracing the audience in that opening and closing prayer. While this might sound trite, it does not translate that way at all - but as a powerful, integral part of the musical performance itself.
